StartFromBee SIS is a Luxembourg-based social impact company dedicated to biodiversity restoration through pollinator conservation, sustainable beekeeping and nature-based environmental initiatives.

We work with businesses, communities and institutions to create habitats that support pollinators and strengthen ecosystem resilience. By combining field expertise, education and advanced data-driven technologies, we help organizations better understand, measure and improve their environmental impact.

Our approach integrates practical conservation actions with innovative monitoring and analytics, enabling biodiversity initiatives to be supported by measurable outcomes and data-informed decision-making.

I’m Massimo, a practitioner of sustainable beekeeping with over a decade of experience. I manage more than 30 hives across Luxembourg, focusing on pollinator health and biodiversity through natural beekeeping practices. Certified organic since 2021, I also serve as a contact person for swarm collection in Luxembourg City and its surrounding areas.

In addition, I launched stopvelutina.lu, an project dedicated to monitoring and controlling the invasive Asian hornet, a major threat to bees and pollinators. This work reflects my ongoing commitment to protecting pollinators and strengthening biodiversity across Luxembourg.
